These whole dried guajillo chillies are moderately hot.

They are smooth, shiny, and reddish-brown in appearance. Their tough skin means they need to be soaked longer than other chillies.

Use them to make marinades, pastes and salsas.

Scoville Scale – 5,000 units – Medium Hot heat.
