Delivery Times

We understand how important it is for your orders to arrive on time. That’s why we do our utmost to ensure that your products are delivered quickly and efficiently.

  • Netherlands : Delivery within 24-72 hrs.
  • Rest of Europe :2-3 working Days.
  • Non-EU countries Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, we have to make an export, this process takes a week and a half.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability and any customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are based on the destination and the weight of your order. Below is an overview of our standard shipping rates:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: Free shipping in mix orders minimum 500 euros.

Express Delivery

Do you need your products faster? We also offer express delivery options for an additional fee. Contact our customer service for more information and available options.

Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
