*Buffalo Wings 2 1/2 lb.
*Chicken wings
*1 cup Bufalo Hot Sauce*
*1/4 cup lime juice,
*Blue cheese
*Salad dressing
*Celery sticks
Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts. Rinse well and part dry. Place wings, 3/4 cup Bufalo Hot Sauce and lime juice into large plastic food storage bag. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 F. On foil lined baking pan, place wings in a single layer. Bake 20 minutes. Drain fat from the wings. Turn oven to broil. Return wings to oven and place under broiler, 4-6 inches from heat source. Broil 10-15 additional minutes, turning twice and brushing with remaining hot sauce, until wings are tender and no longer pink. Serve with salad dressing and celery sticks on the side.

*1/4 kop limoensap,
*Blauwe kaas
*Salade dressing
*Stengels bleekselderij
Knip de vleugelpunten af ??en gooi ze weg. Snijd elke vleugel in twee delen. Goed uitspoelen en deels laten drogen. Doe de vleugels, 3/4 kop Bufalo Hot Sauce en limoensap in een grote plastic voedselbewaarzak. Koel en marineer minimaal 1 uur. Verwarm de oven voor op 400 F. Leg de vleugels op een met folie beklede bakvorm in een enkele laag. Bak 20 minuten. Giet het vet van de vleugels af. Zet de oven op braden. Plaats de vleugels terug in de oven en plaats ze onder de grill, 4-6 inch van de warmtebron. Rooster nog 10-15 minuten, keer twee keer en bestrijk met de resterende hete saus, tot de vleugels zacht zijn en niet meer roze. Serveer met saladedressing en stengels bleekselderij ernaast.

Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening.
Op een koele, droge plaats bewaren, uit de buurt van zonlicht. Na openen gekoeld bewaren.
